I was pushed 30 minutes after my appointment and recommended that I do my scheduled photo at another day. But I took the initiative to be at the end. I understand that there is an accident on the freeway but doesnt mean to push my booked appointment by 30 minutes.
Update: The manager for the Studio reached out and I was able to reschedule the shoot was no fees added. The Manager was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.
Had the most AMAZING photographer, made it light and a fun experience! Had very quick and easy and the pictures were PHENOMENAL. Genuinely made me feel like a model. 10/10, I understand why the schools have us coming here!
Had a great experience taking my son in for his senior pics. The photographer was super nice and friendly. She made the whole experience comfortable. The two young men that helped us with ordering were also nice and friendly. Are the prices high for packages? Yes, but I opted to not get a big package and just got something much smaller. All in all I was very happy with our experience.
