My husband booked scalp treatments for each of us as a Valentine’s gift. Carisa is friendly and welcoming, and the spa atmosphere is quiet, intimate & safe. The beds are so cozy, and Carisa will make sure your only responsibility is to relax. Carisa (& Joy) address sensitive concerns thoughtfully and curiously. I expected a relaxing experience, but did not have high expectations about solving my hair concerns. I have tried nearly everything for the past 20 years (except invasive surgeries) to help my confidence regarding my hair. Did the head spa experience with my wife on Valentine’s Day. The whole experience was relaxing and informative. The pre & post-visit scalp scan showed clear improvements in my scalp. The staff was amazing and the treatment was excellent. 5/5 would recommend!
Carissa, owner of Serenity Scalp Spa, is an expert at what she does. She helped me understand what is going on with my hair because my hair has been falling out. Carissa did an amazing treatment on my scalp that came with a facial!! You can’t beat that. I left feeling absolutely amazing and left with new know about hair follicles. I 100% recommend Serenity Scalp Spa! They are professional, knowledgeable, and the spa itself is clean and in a great location- right above the Runners store.
