Michael, the technician, representing your company Sears repairs, was fantastic. He has been to my home before to repair my Kenmore Elite bottom freezer refrigerator Period this time comma The work required almost three hours Of expertise on his part To replace two vital parts so that cooling could be returned to my refrigerator and freezer. He did the job with such ease and expertise that I could not believe how fast it seemed to go. He is very personable, and very kind and patient. I am 88 years old and sometimes it's seem to be a grumpy old hag, so he had to put up with me because I was so upset.
