I have used this location for 15 years and they have a never disappointed , I do check my garments before and after to ensure we are on the same page. Always on time ! Also their alterations are on spot and economical ✨
This place was originally really good but the last few times I’ve taken my shirts and suits in to get cleaned and pressed it has been a waste of money. Majority of the shirts I’ve taken in I have had to iron them before wearing due to excessive creases across the front of the shirt, the collar not being folded over properly or simply not laying the shirt out flat before pressing. The suits I’ve taken in have had multiple visible pleats in the legs and one jacket was returned with a decent size oil stain on the front breast.
Although there was a misunderstanding on the hours of operations for Saturday. David, the business owners family member came out and opened up the shop for us to take the two bridesmaids dresses that we needed for Sunday (which they are not open on) a huge life-saving move on their part. Kudos to going above and beyond taking care of customers, you have us as customers for life we really appreciate the extra effort.
