I learned a lot about our unit (being old) and Patrick ran some tests of the vent quality and presented me with options and plans. I ended up buying a modern thermostat face from him and he installed it right then and there. Great customer service a well as great technician. I like the fact that they give you a courtesy call about 30 minutes prior to Tech arrival which is awesome. Their Maintenance program is a solid deal as you get your two services, spring and fall as well as priority for any issues requiring a service call Great local company
