One star only because they didn't have less. Opened my business late 2021 didn't get one P&L until a year later when I asked for my statements that I gave her in Oct.2021 because I had hired someone to do the work. She had a fit and asked that I paid her for the work she had already done which was nothing. She ended up inputting all of my statements under misc. because she never went on to my bank account when I had given her all of my PW in 2021 but of course I had changed the a while back for what ever reason, she never noticed because she never did the work.
