Called Will about jamming issues with my HP LaserJet Pro. He was super helpful and informative. Took the time to thoroughly and patiently address all my questions to help me get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks!

I took my HP desktop to Will at McPina Technology last week, I brought it over at noon, he communicated potential issues and prices (which I believe were very fair). The HP was stuck in auto reboot/auto recovery mode and the memory was bad when I had tested it. I had some memory from another PC, which Will installed along with a total download of Windows 11 and I picked up the PC 6 hours later working like new. I definitely would recommend McPina Technology to anyone need PC repair. I will use them again if needed. I might have Will build me a PC for Sim Racing in the future.
