I have been going to Lindora in Temecula, and with their help, I have lost 40 pounds. The staff is amazing! Michelle helped me choose the right plan. Ann Marie, the nurse, along with the other nurses, have really helped me when I hit a plateau, and stay on track. AnnMarie encouraged me constantantly! Doctor Carolyn is excellent, too. I am entering into the maintenance phase. However, I will stay with Lindora long term. Give it a try...the program works!! Heather N

The Lindora Temecula nurses and administrator are very kind and supportive through my weight loss journey. No pressure and always available for questions and concerns. They also have a good stock of Lindora protein foods and bars at very reasonable prices.
