Kaiser Permanente Temecula Medical Offices - Pharmacy

Brought my dad to see his Dr who moved from Kaiser Wildomar. Checked in 20 minutes early. We waited to be called 30 minutes. The Dr saw dad and we then had to wait for the dressing on his foot to be done. That took 45 minutes. Awful!! Nursing staff and reception are not friendly don't even give eye contact so you don't ask for anything. I mean this is awful!! Will be changing locations for sure.

I am so happy with this medical office. Going to the Lab there is so quick and easy. The people checking you in are so pleasant and getting your bloodwork done is very efficient. It's better if you know the best times to go if you're getting a prescription from the Pharmacy. All the folks working there are very nice as well. They stay pleasant even when they get pretty busy. I really prefer going to this facility rather than the one in Murrieta. Less people and easier parking.

They really try hard.I get great service when I go in.The staff is ready and accommodating for my needs Just make the appointment and be on time.If everything works out you will be happy
