We PCS’d from CT to CA beginning of Nov. Joseph was actually the second realtor we spoke to, our first one was not helpful. Joseph listened to our wants in our forever family home. He sent us a homes and had us choose a couple we wanted to see the week we were coming out to house hunt. He was patient, honest and helpful. We found a home, our offer got accepted. This was a huge deal because my client needed to get her dad up here to Idaho to take care of him as he is terminal. They had another agent before who was not able to sell their house.
