Had an older Mac and it was in need of updating and he was able to solve my issues in a most effective and cost efficient way. Great customer service. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely go back.
Someone tried to hack my son's MacBook Air while we were visiting in Temecula. His computer completely glitched and He was unable to do anything with it. We showed up here and Dave was available, he knew what the problem was and had it fixed in 10 minutes. It was a very stressful situation for me and my son because he had a lot to do on his MacBook. It was such a huge relief to be handed back a working computer. Dave completely saved the day!
I am blown away by the level of customer service Dave gave us. After taking our Mac to another (very disappointing) repair shop in town who told us to throw away our machine as unrepairable, we brought our Mac to Dave. He went above and beyond to ensure our very complicated repair was thorough and complete. My Mac is running beautifully now, better than ever. He is trustworthy and didn't nickel and dime us. I can't say enough good things about his service. Highly recommended!
