Refuses to remove pmi. No one that works at freedom knows anything, I know more which is embarrassing on your part. Would never recommend freedom. Been with them about 5 years never once have I been satisfied with their service. Easy job but still can't get it right. Way to screw the working class. Freedom mortgage are scumbags.

Customer service is absolute garbage. They are requesting multiple documents, which have been provided several times. When calling for updates, no one has any information and we have received ZERO callbacks. It’s been 3 months and we have not heard from anyone. I would give zero stars if I could.

If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID FREEDOM MORTGAGE AT ALL COSTS!! You have been warned.We bought a new build and our tax value went up. Freedom mortgage moved the money from our escrow and DIDN'T PAY OUR TAX BILL as they should have. We received delinquent tax bills and were being hounded by the county. Call after call to Freedom Mortgage and they kept using the 'we understand people's inability to pay'The problem is how stupid all of your employees are that they can't even look over someone's account information correctly Freedom mortgage turned around and magically paid our tax bill after I fought with them for months. In the end.. no one ever apologized for their mistake, everyone continued to make snarky remarks. To this day, I hope every single one of them horrible employees had hardship.I sold my house and bought a new one with a way better mortgage lender. FUCK FREEDOM MORTGAGE
