The most amazing first time experience. When I called “Ash”, the front desk person, was most cordial and sympathetic to my medical needs. When I went for my very first appointment, my blood pressure was unusually high. The doctor, very wisely, recommended to reschedule. During my eye exam, this wonderful doctor asked me at least a dozen times if I had “any questions or concerns”. It is the most thorough and detailed eye exam I have ever had. I've got to tell you that my first experience with Eye Appeal was fantastic! The frames they have available range from budget friendly to ultra high end style. The wide variety of frames they have seem to be able to accommodate any age range or taste. Dr. Oishi is very conscientious, knowledgeable, and he shares the information in a very relatable way. Ash is very organized, professional, and courteous with the right amount of humor! Cat is very efficient and friendly, she also helped with my insurance information when I called. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
