Dr. Oishi and the staff were great. Very knowledgeable, kind, and efficient but did not make me feel rushed. I appreciate the transparency of everything they explained during the exam and while purchasing contacts/frames. Would definitely recommend.
This was my 1st time for this visit and I must say my experience was fantastic. Dr. Oishi was so detailed with the information and recommendations provided. There was so much details to the examination as well as getting the frames and the extra measures that was given to make sure the frames I purchased is the correct fit. So friendly and I was very pleased.
I just had my eye exam and the Dr and Staff were kind and elevated my experience and expectations for all other optometrists. I’ve worn glasses my whole life and I’ve always felt rushed when picking glasses and going through the eye exam, but here it was completely different. The Dr was very informative and he explained every single step. Things I had done for years and never told what it was for, he explained as we went through it. It was a quick and smooth appointment and I appreciate care like this. I will definitely be coming back next year for my annual exam.
