Joe was great! We are moving into a new home and had all kinds of misc. fixes we needed that we did not have time to do. He provided an estimate that was revised when needed (aka when I added 100 things to the list). He got a ton done in a day: caulking in the kitchen and bathrooms, filling a hole from a broken tile, removing and hauling away shelves, replacing door locks, fixing a baseboard, snaking and cleaning out sinks and showers, cleaning shower heads, fixing crooked door handles, replacing a screen, and more. I know it's not the biggest construction job but it was really necessary and helpful. Will certainly use again for future needs.

He helped convert a rat infested storage to a chicken coop mansion. We then continued on grading an area to get a vision for the future and added a ranch gate for acces to the back part of my land. Joe was in constant communication and worked with us in the evolving needs. Not sure how my aunt found him, but he is gold. Been through many contractors. I'm looking forward to some more projects with him in the future.
