Robert was very responsive. He was punctual and I receiveda notificationwhen he was on the way. Great customer service! Our floors definitely needed cleaning. I would've never guessed our grout was that color. Our carpet had high foot traffic during a gathering. A lot of dirt going back and forth. I've cleaned my carpet multiple times using my own shampoo vacuum but the stains always come back. Carpets looks like new now!Services: General carpet cleaning
