The quality of care is good in particular if you're looking for bioidentical or alternative medical treatment for menopause. However, getting through to anyone or scheduling is an absolute nightmare. Everything is automated and the automation does not work. Basically you're put into a big black hole.

This office and their staff and practitioners are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. They spend as much time with you as they need to get to the root cause of your symptoms. This can lead them to running behind but when it is your turn to be seen you better believe they are also going to spend as much time as you need them to. This is not a cookie cutter office where each person gets a 30 minute time slot and cookie cutter testing with cookie cutter solutions. I've been loyal for 10 years or so. I went to the wrong office for a visit and they charged me a $75 no show for the other office. I had to pay, otherwise I wasn't going to get my prescription refilled, which I really needed. Because of this, I will not be going back, they would not bend the no-show rule.
