The best highlights about Blue Vibes for me is Pearl the owner and everything about her Salon! It was my Birthday and I was so unhappy with my hair color plus the cut. Pearl was recommended to me and went right away to attempt an appointment & consultation. It was magical! She had a cancelation, so I was able to get my hair done on my special day! Pearl transformed my color to complement my skin and eye color, in addition to a more modern style that took 10 years off my age. The best Birthday makeover ever!
