My Mac finally died on me without obvious warning. Because of that, I did not have access to my hard drive and all of my photos from the past many many years of my children and many family memories. (Yes I know I should have had a back up system in place). Adi provided me a couple of options. He offered to take the computer to disassemble it, remove the hard drive, and download the requested files to my external hard for a fair price. He also offered that if I felt I was mechanically inclined and had the time to do so (not needing the files immediately), It was easy enough to do the process myself which would save me a great amount of money. Highly recommend! We had a broken laptop screen. Best buy quoted us 6 weeks with no guarantee of repair. We then found this amazing place and got an on the spot estimate! 24 hours later we got a call that everything is done an completed! Amazing job and amazing customer service.
So thankful for Adi! Not only did we learn my photos were safe BUT he had great communication, was honest, and very reliable throughout my expirience with bbn. Hopefully I won't have a scare like that again, but if I do, I will definitely be back to see bits, bytes + nibbles
