Jose and Elijah were great. Informed me of the steps that they would take.. Answered all my questions.. Protected the bathroom while they worked and cleaned up after.. Took everything to be disposed of, so I didnt have to do anything.. Wiped down and vacuumed the bathroom when they were done.. Great crew.. Joe was the initial contact, who was very professional.. I'd recomend Bath Planet, and NO I am not a paid spokesman.. The photos show before with cast iron tub, and after with my new shower, in 2 days..
I am so pleased, from the start with Joe, delivering what he promised, I am so incredibly pleased! Robert installed quick, there was no mess, professional and prompt. From start to finish pleasure to work with, would highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Bath Planet’s team from Greg, the consultant to Courtney who called me to schedule the work. Alex the foreman was meticulous and efficient in describing details and trouble shooting. I also like to thank the team of technicians from Tracy, Miguel, Xavier, Elijah and Chris. The follow up and feedback made it a good working situation. I look forward in working with them next year on my guest bathroom. I like the fact that all the parts are manufactured in the USA and they support the Temecula Valley.
