First time being here and I was impressed by the service. I came in for a one-hour body massage for my neck and shoulder pain. The masseuse did a deep tissue massage, and I felt so much better now. Highly recommended!

The massage itself was great but the customer service at the end made my body tense back up. I was told to give the lady a 20 dollar tip which would’ve been a 40% tip and I said I wanted to leave ten dollars for the tip. The lady charged me 11 and told me to come back with more money next time for the tip then held the door open for me. I thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would have gone back if it wasn’t for that remark.

I am always greeted with a warm welcome and never had to wait for an appointment. The message is thorough and just what I need for relaxation, sore, stiff muscles. The facilities are very clean, comfortable, and esthetic. The therapists are very professional and add to the relaxing experience. I will keep coming back as often as I can/need.
