I have done 2 grading projects in Temecula with 2 different licensed grading companies. Advantage grading was superior in every way. If you want personal service throughout the project and great communication, Jerry is the right choice. You will get out of the box thinking like when he turned the rocks that were removed during grading into riprap, saving me quite a bit of money. The 2 regrets I have are 1) not using them on my first grading job and 2) not reaching out to Jerry to help guide me to a better Civil engineer. I suggest that you reach out to Jerry first, he will help you!!!

As a General Contractor I hire a lot of sub contractors. By far, Advantage Grading, was one of the best. Not only would I hire them again on all my upcoming project, I would also recommend them. Communication between cost, start time / completion time, and change orders was on point and I really appreciate when people pick up there phone and or call back in a timely manner (same day). Thanks for the great service.
