Sears Window Replacement
“Our old dryer finally stopped working and it was time for a new one. We went to our Hometown Sears store and was surprised to find out Danny sold his business. We met the new owner Julie and we really enjoyed talking with her. The first dryer we bought was a Samsung and it ended up not drying the clothes no matter what setting we dried on. Usually had to dry things twice. It was frustrating, so luckily we were in the 30 day window to return and we did. Julie and a very nice employee (I don't have her name) helped us find an even bigger dryer. LG 9.0 cu. ft. It's definitely a beauty. We just had it delivered today and the Samsung was taken back to Sears. I will write a separate review on that dryer. Through this whole process Julie and her staff have been patient and wonderful. Highly recommend shopping at this Sears, if it's not in stock they can order it for you. Great customer service.”
