Friendly, very informative on what he is looking for, what the steps will be, explained the different kinds of cancers. Everyone in the office is very kind. Made you feel very relaxed and comfortable with the exam making you knowledgeable on what steps they are doing.
Quick and courteous. The team works well together.Everyone is always energetic and happy to see you. I’m so glad I decided to get checked. They caught and removed cancer under my left eye two years ago. I highly recommend this practice to anyone!
Appt was fine, wait a little long but ok. However Phone Answering Service a FAIL! I wanted to leave a message for my PA Jim Reith at the Tehachapi ofc.with additional information. There was no line to leave a message & I waited 20 min. for someone to answer which didn’t happen!
