Ted's Master Antenna Service

I am an Extra-class amateur radio operator in West Hills. My vertical HF antenna was brought down by Santa Ana winds and I can no longer climb on my roof. After some searching, I found Ted Lewis and his colleague Clifford via Yelp. My antenna is vertical again and Clifford install a set of guy ropes to ensure stability during future winds. I'm back on the air again and my radio is working very well. Only gripe is that 80 meters won't tune-up.

This may be the shortest review I have posted in a while. It is an antenna. It works perfectly. I get every possible channel and it has been a very positive experience. This is a very professional company. They are terrific to work with in every way.... Highly recommended!

Is that your ham radio antenna or are you happy to see me... With the recent success of my craigslist fed side business, I've had to find new avenues to satisfy equipment needs. A recent installation had me calling local business after local business looking for a non-penetrating roof mount for one of those new fandangled Directv slimline dishes. After a stress inducing hour and a half cold call marathon, I came across Ted's Master Antenna Service in the analog yellow pages. Ted Lewis, the owner, answered the phone and knew exactly what I was talking about when I gave him my request. I didn't hear the usual, up that point, "Non-penetrating what?" Ted said he had it in stock, gave me a price and said he would wait for me if I decided to drive down to him. So I did. Ted's is located in a residential area in Reseda as he works out of his house. Well, it was less a house and more a compound with various microwave antennas, c-band dishes and other systems in the backyard. Dude knew his business and after talking to him and his assistant, I learned that he has been working in this field for over 30 years. Residential, commercial, governmental, industrial...you name it, Ted can deal with it. They are a fully licensed and bonded antenna service. If you are having a problem with your home HD system or are having a tough time tuning in an off-air HD signal these guys could definitely yelp you out. There's not much they can't do when it comes to "signal systems." I'm glad I found them...they helped me out in a pinch.
