Bad company to work with! Had luxury vinyl plank placed all over downstairs and despite my repeated requests to put an underlayer, they insisted it was not needed. To top it all off, sections are now bubbling up from expansion. It’s been over a year that I have been trying to get them to come back and correct the issue… and still a bunch of false promises that they will be contacting their floor people and get back to me. Best move I did was to get them to estimate and quote for all the other repairs, then get that money from insurance and USED SOMEONE ELSE! So glad they didn’t do the rest of the repairs to walls and cabinets from a slab leak. These guys are the worst company to actually do the repairs and stand behind their work. Ridiculously horrible company!

Don't use them, and don't pay them until everything is completely done.

WORST COMPANY EVER for home construction. Do not use them ever! Lies, scams, no-shows, more lies to the permit office, more no-shows, more excuses than I can count, and months of inconvenience. And we are just adding a wall! Thank God it's not a major reno! They promised it will be done in a few days back in the fall... At this point, I'm seriously wondering if this project will ever be finished.
