Laurie and David just finished a refinishing job in a house I own. The oak floors had been painted a dark BLUE many decades ago, so removing that paint really complicated the job. But their crew did an excellent job sanding the floors, re-staining them, and polishing them - and the result is gorgeous!! Laurie and David always made me feel that my satisfaction was their highest priority. I highly recommend them!

We just finished having luxury exotic engineered wood installed by Royal Oak. Everything about the process - from selection to the proposal to the actual installation was handled with the highest level of professionalism. Laurie and David are both enjoyable to work with and have always been as transparent as possible and flexible. The work team headed by Ricardo handled everything extremely smoothly. Ricardo always went out of his way to provide and additional level of service. The team worked with special challenges like filling in a bay by our windows which had a 3/4" drop to make the entire floor level - and cut all edges to make it look as though the area was built just for the floor. Great job; great relationship.
