Accompanied my friend to go see her dad here. My friend has an anxiety disorder and asked to take the stairs and the security refused to open the stairs for her. She left without seeing her dad and I thought that was very sad. The hospital security staff could be more decent. Not a pleasant experience. The Hospital (by design) should have had the elevators and stairs in the front by security where people check-in so people have the option of choosing whether they are comfortable taking the stairs or an elevator but that would make too much sense of course.
My daughter was admitted for 2 days to this hospital the nurses she had were very nice make sure My daughter was okay checking up on her these were her nurses Ranalyn , and Kat , Juana and Wendy the two doctors Dr John and Dr Santos they are great doctors the staff is friendly and social I was treated with respect and also My daughter honestly we felt like home Thank you ! 😊 I’m so happy to see my daughter feeling better with a smile on her face
