Our chimney has not worked for years and my family and I had decided that this was the year to fix it just in time for Christmas. During the Christmas time, many companies were busy and I had reached out to this company after trying others. With open arms, they had understood our circumstances and although they were ALSO extremely busy they had made it a priority to come by and help just in time for Christmas.
