From our first meeting with Leo, to our now completed pool project, Aldan Construction has shown they are extremely professional and caring. During the the entire project, Al, Leo and Daniel were only a text or phone call away. They were always available and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Every step of the project was done In a timely and complete manner, we never had to wait or track down work crews. The completed project is above and beyond our expectations. If we had to do it all over again, I would absolutely hire Aldan Construction.
I recently had a pool and backyard project done by Aldon Construction and I love it and working with them was a fantastic experience. Al and his entire crew are top notch. The help my wife and I got from Leo and Niko when bidding on the project and having out vision come together to the rest of the crew throughout the project was an awesome experience. I especially want to thank Niko for always making himself available and answering all my questions and getting me help when he didn't have the answers right away. He was an awesome project manager and a great person to work with. My project was very large and the had to start from scratch as my yard when I purchased the house was beyond bad with weeds taller than me, dirt instead of sod, debris and neglect everywhere. Now my yard is beautiful with new lawn, pavers, and a beautiful pool to make all come together and feel like I'm at a resort in my own backyard. We had some delay issues mainly because of the amount of rain we received this year but overall I would highly recommend Aldan construction to anyone looking to complete a pool or a backyard make over. I looked around and got several quotes from other people but both Leo and Niko made me fill comfortable and trust them with such a big and expensive project. Even after my project has been done I still reach out to Niko and Al for questions and help and they are just as helpful as before the project was complete. Again, thank you to Aldan and the entire crew that help my family get the backyard of our dreams. I want to say it was a pleasure working with Al, Niko, Leo, Daniel, Nahum, and I'm sure a bunch of other people I'm missing out with such a big project. Leo, Al, and Daniel made the vision for my pool a reality. The process from beginning to end went smoothly, from the pricing discussions, to the beginning consultation with the various contractors.... all through execution and to the final inspection. Leo provided some great ideas at the start and I appreciate his professional opinion. Al and Daniel helped me through a few small challenges that arose and were quick with finding solutions. The tradesmen were respectful of the property and always left a tidy worksite (as best they could, all things considering). Most notable were the open lines of communication. During the entire job, we were in a group chat so I was part of the updates with job progress, tradesmen scheduling, and upcoming inspections so I was always aware what was going on. If I had any questions or concerns they were all just a phone call away. I plan on adding an ADU/poolhouse and would love to use them in the future considering this positive experience. They're such a great team!
