My grandmother’s deck was in desperate need of sanding and refinishing. We also wanted additional lighting added to the deck to make it a safer space for her. Not living in the area made me weary in finding someone we could trust but Sean made the process so easy. He did a beautiful job at the right price point. We will definitely be using him again for her future handyman needs.

Our heater would not fire up today and the temperatures at Tahoe were extremely cold, 17 and 18°. We were very concerned about pipes and I was over four hours away. Sean was super responsive finished his job and headed over to the house. Fortunately it was just a pilot light but he got us up and running. Can’t thank him enough for his quick response. Local Handyman competent and capable of various repairs and other handyman type work. Proficient in electrical, plumbing, exterior (decking and railings), and finish work. Can help with GFI outlets or upgrade to smart home. Can help with yard clean up as well. Cabinet and granite install and demo of anything.
