“The office is easy to find. Lots of free parking. It is spacious, new, very clean and up in the trees. Kristen is the best. I was able to get an appointment in days, not weeks. She listened to my wishes and was very honest. She recommended getting another dentists’ take on my problem (the 3rd dentist) and then we will move forward. I love that all the dentists I am seeing call each other and confer. I am not just sent home to figure it out on my own.”
“First of all, I'm the biggest chicken on the planet because the dentist I had as a child did NOT use Novocain - not that uncommon in the 1950s and early '60s. I needed a crown replaced and my regular dentist couldn't see me for quite sometime, so I called KBD and they fitted me in promptly. Unfortunately, the day of my procedure the "crown machine" which mills a crown in the office was out of order so Nick put in a temp. The same afternoon, I got a call that the machine was fixed and my crown was ready so I got it put in the very next day. The whole office demonstrates skill, kindness, compassion, and dedication to the patient experience. Thank you Dr. Shimp, Nick, Cynthia, and Karen.
