Employee Kim in the deli is amazing. I called her early in the morning as I was in a bind and she took care of me. She went above and beyond to take care of my needs.

Drive up option was terrible. All the spots are taken by people just parking there while they shop. Had to circle around several times. Also it took almost 20 minutes for my items to come out. They are supposed to be ready ahead of time. I planned ahead by using this service so I can cook for my family at a decent time and have time to rest (I'm very pregnant and tired all the time) and this just made my day so much harder.

This is our store and we have been going here for 35 years. I went to the meat department window to purchase the fresh ground beef to make a holiday meatloaf. It looked fresh and good from my side of the counter but when we opened it for use the freshness was only on the outside with older discolored ground beef on most of the inside. This was not really appreciated at all. This is not over.
