ServPro was incredibly professional and made certain that all of my concerns were heard in full without dismissing me or making me feel like it was merely lip service while repairing my home after the second floor bathroom flooded from an overflowing toilet. I had them do some additional upgrades that I covered out of pocket since things were ripped up anyways, and the first subcontractor they hired did some of the work poorly and even attempted to rip me off on some shower tile work. It's a shame that this review will only be one in a group of many, because our appreciation and gratitude for Sinla, Christine, Brayan, and the service they provide should be weighted much, much more. My family endured a 2yr long legal battle with my HOA over water intrusion and mold in our flooring. Sinla and team couldn't have been more patient and understanding throughout the entirety, going above and beyond with legal delays and twists and turns to make us at least feel secure and comfortable with what their product would eventually deliver.
