I placed an order with this company through the Walmart app. They shipped the CPU I ordered and the Walmart app said it was delivered. I looked around and I couldn't find the package. I then went to UPS online and put in the tracking number. The tracking number showed that the signature required package was refused by the driver and was being returned to the sender. I called UPS and they told me that the package was being returned to the sender because of a bad address. I asked if they could have it redelivered to me and they said they could not because it has already been marked return to sender and is on the way back. AVOIDPlatinum Micro AKA aaawave.com should be avoided at all costs. Per their return policy, they state that they do not accept returns or exchanges for defective products as "they did not make the item". Buyer beware.
