I don't know that I can really express in words how great NPI is, but I'll try. From the very start Cynthia & Carlos were amazing to work with. The process was always explained clearly, never any surprises. Everything was always done on time, professionally, and the work space kept clean. I had lots of questions. When you're spending a lot of money and trusting someone with your home and property it's only natural. Every question was answered promptly and kindly every time. They both even gave me their cell numbers and made me feel great even on non office hours. The city was very difficult to deal with, but I never had to worry about it. Cynthia & Carlos handled everything...and fast! They told me my pool would take 8-10 weeks, and they finished in only 6 weeks! As the city made things difficult, NPI always made changes as they were needed, and never charged extra. They made sure our pool was perfect no matter the challenge. They did such a great job, that I've now hired them to handle my fence and electric driveway gate as well. A previous contractor did non permitted and illegal work, then left me out to dry. After numerous visits to the city, fines, and lost time & wages, I had given up. I saw in their brochure that NPI does gates and fences too, so I turned to Cynthia for help. After nearly 4 months of me getting nowhere with the city, Cynthia took care of everything and had permits approved in just 2 days! Check out the scope of services National Pools offers.
