Andy was not only helpful during the sales process but was very involved during and post installation for any questions we had. Preciado did an excellent job of re-plastering our pool. The crews were professional and efficient. They arrived on time, worked quickly, did a job that appears (at this early stage) to be well done, cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and met the agreed budget. There were glitches with scheduling because the re-plastering took place during the rainy season and was delayed a few times, but they always followed up. Our only criticism: they could have been more helpful to us in choosing the plaster color and the type (quality) of surface. They sent sample chips when we asked, but weren't proactive and made no recommendations, so we went to our pool cleaning company for advice. Other than this wrinkle, all in all, a great experience.
I am so pleased with the re-plastering on my pool. The workers were very skilled, worked hard, and did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up perfectly when they were done. They let me know exactly what to expect and were very responsive when I had questions. My pool looks fantastic!
