I hopelessly walked into Eric’s store with no clue to what was going on with my PC. Within Three days he help me understand what the problem was what I needed to fix and fix the problem. He guaranteed and delivered 100%. I highly recommend him for his services. He is kind, helpful, informative, polite human, and most importantly upfront with you every detail of what he was going to do.
I had issues with my expensive gaming pc turning on. I brought the rig to Javier who immediately got to work with testing out each and every component individually. He found that the motherboard was faulty and helped replace it altogether. I highly recommend Erick's Computer Services!
He was very nice and had great customer service, I would trust him with repairs because he does a quality job. He even talked to me about how to future handle my laptop and what would help keep it at a good temperature, he also left some programs that would help me monitor my performance. My M.2 drive malfunctioned and my laptop was completely unusable, he fixed it by replacing and cloning my drive and also included an upgrade in size, premium thermal paste, and cleaned my fans for the price.
