I had a leaking roof in the pouring down rain. I called Alex at 5:58 am and he answered the phone! First bonus star. Lol he was at my house by 8 o'clock. The leak was repaired. Great service in my opinion. He also told me to wait to pay him until after we are sure it is repaired, so we watched it for a couple of days. Alex was quick to respond to my text and very kind.
