Even though there were challenges with our remodeling project in Sylmar, Clinton stayed committed and made sure everything was finished perfectly. He went above and beyond, making sure we never felt left out of the process, and put in extra effort with multiple visits to our home to meet with different inspectors. Clinton handled all the paperwork and clearances from several departments, reaching out to every inspector and making sure each inspection and correction was done right. This is exactly what you want in a remodeling contractor—someone who always answers your calls and never gives up, no matter how tough things get. jordan and his associate tristan removed an outdated cooling system from the building we took over in sylmar. about a week later, they returned and successfully serviced the ac unit we had in the basement. we were absolutely thrilled with the work these guys from ac repair & install sylmar did for us. donovan then cleared the blockage in the building's ventilation system and the very next day, clinton inspected the system thoroughly. clinton and his team then upgraded the ventilation system and installed a larger diameter pipe on the property. all these professionals from ac repair & install sylmar knew exactly how to carry out their tasks.

Garnik has been cutting my hair for nearly 6 years. He also cuts my teenage son’s hair as well. The man is a true artist. We both always leave feeling like a million bucks. I’ve never worked with a better plumbing company and I will be passing out their names to everyone I know. They responded quickly, explained what was happening and the different fixes available, were very competitively priced, cleaned up the backyard when they were done, and did a beautiful job replacing everything. They stayed late on the last day of work to make sure everything was completed and put back before the rainstorm. Luis and Nick were great guys – very professional, friendly, and responsive. And when they came across an unexpected problem with one of the trees, they fixed the issue without charging me more, despite the extra hours they had to spend working on it.

Five stars! To be very honest, this is probably the best in the valley , I needed them in urgent same-day events and they were available. The staff knows about a variety of plumbing and fittings, and they’re aware of what they are doing. Receptionists are great, and I only had the opportunity to interact with Steve and Miguel and they were great and extremely helpful, both are stellar at their craft. My parents were evacuated to my house, and my dad is disabled, so I needed the downstairs bathroom functioning. This was our third project at our home with Picture Build. Once again, we were not disappointed! What was a problem because of the flooding from excessive rain we keep experiencing in our backyard has finally been controlled. It was tested last week when almost two inches of rain fell in 24 hours. The new wall with a culvert and catch basin worked perfectly. Also the new drain in front of the wall is perfect to eliminate all the water that fell in my backyard. In addition, it looks great. Daniel, designer, Paul, the project manager and Shaka along with Shaka’s crew did a fantastic job. Like the our Picture Build employers that worked on our previous projects, they couldn’t have been more professional and extremely nice. Thank you Picture Build!!
