Kelsey is wonderful!!! I came to her in tears with very coarse chin and upper lip hairs. It’s been several months and I can now go weeks without having to come back for more treatments. Huge progress for the amount of hairs I was getting overnight!!

She is professional and friendly. Fun to talk to, and I actually look forward to my treatments. . Thank you Kelsey!!!

Kelsey is terrific. She works very quick and in tender areas she will ask if you need a break and will move to a less tender area giving the tender area a break. She also gave me a hint that using lidocaine prior to appointment also helps quite a bit.
