After being taken advantage of by a previous mechanic that caused a fire in my RV, this company went above and beyond to do everything they could to get me on the road. They were very kind and understanding and restored my faith in mechanics. I could've give them enough stars!

We needed a tow. As soon as our roadside Assistance company contacted, Susanville towing, they called us immediately and sent out the tow truck to assist us. Arturo was very professional and took only about 10 minutes to get us hooked up to tell us to a repair facility.. He even checked with the repair facility as to where they wanted him to leave our truck.
