Very kind staff. They will hold onto cloths if you leave them there just ask and they will help as much as they can. Bathroom is clean. Machines are clean and work great. Highly recommend.

We moved to SV and came to Sierra wash and dry. We were met by Brenda and she instantly became our friend. She is so helpful and easy to talk to. We have seen instances with unruly customers and she is always kind and respectful to everyone involved. It is always clean and we actually enjoy doing laundry because Brenda is so nice and fun to talk to. Every time there is something wrong, which is rare, she is right on it and fixing whatever needs to be done. This is the only place we will go and we felt welcome the minute we walked in the door. This laundromat stands out for its cleanliness and well-maintained equipment. All machines are in working order, and any units undergoing maintenance are clearly marked - a thoughtful touch that saves time and frustration.
The staff presence is a definite plus. There's usually an attendant on-site, which might sound intrusive, but it's quite the opposite. The staff member I encountered was unobtrusive, minding her own business while still being attentive to customers' needs.
