The pharmacy is praised as the best ever used in 76 years—knowledgeable, accurate, multi tasked, pleasant, helpful, and going the extra mile. One doctor is noted as hard working with extensive knowledge, earning respect and confidence. Another dentist, despite not having the fanciest office, is called the best dentist ever, with one walk-in emergency patient having two teeth pulled and done in just over an hour.
I have been a patient here for a few years and have had to switch to a new practioner a few times due to their leaving the practice. That being said I'm always greeted at the front with a friendly smile and that means a lot! Dr. Ben is great and such a breath of fresh air. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to be listened to and not rushed. He listens and I believe is an asset to this practice. I know he's on a 6 month contract but I hope he decides to stay!
I went to this facility on an emergency basis.i had two infected teeth.the service from the get go was above standards.The receptionist greeted me kindly and got me started with the paperwork.Luckily for me their nine o'clock canceled and they took me right in.the dental assistant took an xray and they found I had leaky root canals.i was given my options and I opted for extractions.I feel great just 6 hours later and seem to be healing fine.i highly recommend this establishment for any dental needs.I would like to thank this team for their kindness and solution to my pain from hades. I have to say hands down, the client services at Lassen Indian Health Center is the best, most sincere, prompt and true professionals I have experienced in such a long time. I am new to the area and have been handled in all areas of medical, dental and behavioral health with kid gloves. All departments have been identical in professionalism and knowledge, helping me navigate changing counties and setting up the necessary appointments in a timely fashion.
