I wanted to commend Eric, our amazing trash man. We live on a very small cul-de-sac. The cul-de-sac is full of cars today because of graduation tonight. I watched Eric make an incredibly tight U-turn, that he made look incredibly easy, then he got out and he hand carried our trash cans to the truck to make sure that they got emptied.
I’m so grateful that he chose to do that. He clearly takes pride in his work. I know getting in and out of the cab of the truck over and over again is not cost-effective or time saving. I’ve had their service for a few years and they have great communication, they charge a reasonable rate and whenever I had questions or need to request a special service they are professional and helpful. I spoke with Amanda today about getting a dumpster dropped off and it was painless and took no time at all. Highly recommended.

This review is based solely off setting up my account. Should the actual service be lacking I will update, but the customer service I received from Amanda was exemplary. We just moved in and are accumulating trash faster than normal and initially our bins wouldn’t be delivered until the next trash day ( a week away) which means we would have 2.5 weeks worth of moving trash pile up. Amanda was able to move the delivery of our cans up 4 days so we’re now able to get rid of stuff the next trash day! A seemingly small gesture, but it really meant a lot!
