I have to say, Henri who works at the office is so amazing. She went above and way beyond not only helping me but communication regarding my service. Not only was she efficient, and helpful but also a positive and fun interaction, which made the whole experience better. I honestly look forward to paying my bill if I get to call and she answers! For several decades I've been a customer of C & S Waste. And for decades I've had the privilege of the best customer service, from Kevin our pick up driver while out at the golf course, to Matt in the office, and Eric our pick up driver...and most recently, today on the phone meeting Amanda taking care of my bill. Her kindness and professionalism were outstanding. I must also mention Dawn and Henri. They were so kind and supportive when I moved out on my own 3 years ago.
