I started attending TechCity 2 years ago and I am so happy I got out of my comfort zone. CrossFit can be extremely intimidating but this gym is very encouraging and understanding of everyone's athletic levels. I was looking for a challenge and community, and really have found both. This is a diverse gym with people from all backgrounds and abilities. As a mom, there is a big family feel that I love and my kids can even come and hang out while I do the class. I truly have not felt stronger than ever! Coach Amy and Russell are positive, supportive, and encouraging. I will never go back to a regular gym. Thanks TechCity CrossFit!

If the idea of competing motivates you, this is the right gym. The experience and skill of the coaches and the long time member is very instrumental in learning. There's a great atmosphere of encouragement for and toward everyone.
I had plateau with my split jerk at 135 for over a year and smashed that with a 165 for a new PR after a few months. The workouts are focused on making althetes competitive compared to the handful of other gyms is tried this is a great combination to making you efficient at move big numbers.
The highlight is the skills classes where I can do moves like butterfly pullups and handstands.

I love this place. The coaches always notice and celebrate our progress. They invest their time and energy into helping their athletes improve. The overall vibe is friendly and cooperative. You will be challenged and love the process.
