Chau has excellent technique—she completely transformed my pixie cut when I didn’t think it could be fixed.
Communication can be a bit challenging, though. The consultation is brief, which made me a little nervous, and it’s hard to give feedback during the cut since she works very quickly.

Absolutely loved coming here! Woke up and decided I needed a haircut. Gave TC a call and was told I could walk in right away. Was seated as soon as I got in. Chao did such a fantastic job. Probably the best haircut I've received in over a decade. She styled it beautifully and even gave a few tips. The overall experience was just so great that I'll be coming back here again.
