I saw Dr. Hoang today for a rx and reading glasses. When I entered, there was a young woman with 2 young daughters filling out forms. Dr. Hoang was sitting in the reception area as her clerk was ill. The internet was down but Dr. Hoang was able to manually check us in. She did my exam and I picked out my glasses. Dr. Hoang was friendly, courteous and approachable. Despite the lack of a clerk and internet being down, I enjoyed my experience as she helped both of us customers. Dr. Vanessa Hoang is the best optometrist I've had in years. I have broken my glasses many many times and she has been so helpful with making sure I am taken care of. She and her staff have helped me several times. I would recommend any person to come to this optometrist for assistance. They are amazing!

After confirming with them they accepted my insurance I only found out at the door 5 minutes before my appointment they actually didn't. Then after doing the appointment I realized they didn't even give me my eyeglass prescription I had to call them later and have them email it to me. Very nice and friendly staff and doctor but they need to get better at paperwork.
