Rescheduling follow up appointments is nearly impossible. I was supposed to have a post-sleep study consultation. They called the day of the original appointment to cancel because the doctor had an emergency. It has been 3 weeks, and I have been actively trying to reschedule to no avail.

Calling during the business hours always ends up in voice mail, and no one ever calls you back.

They do not hesitate to send repeated messages for bill payment without actually providing the required services end to end.

This clinic is terrible and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone. It’s taken 3 months and ill they do is delay, and bill insurance. I’ll be reporting them to my insurance company because it’s a scam. If you have sleep apnea, go somewhere else if you need relief

I have used CPAP for many years. and the only reason I need a doctor is to sign my insurance claim forms and prescriptions.

The doctor, while I waited to see him, eloquently told a new patient the same story I heard many times before. I wonder, how can they survive in ChatGPT era? Oh yes, they are protected by law.

The doctor is not much use, we need is a capable technician tell us how to handle the machine. with ChatGPT, I don’t even need that.

Sleep medicine should NOT be a specialty, as the doctors just becoming expensive sales persons. Let the family doctors provide prescription after initial sleep study!!!
