Silicon Valley Chest & Sleep Medicine

I like Dr.Shetty’s expertise as a pulmonologist/critical care expert. I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years. He also serves as a Hospitalist at El Camino Hospital, so his knowledge is wide ranging & per our discussion, he made a medication recommendation change for another domain that was life changing. He’s a very busy (fast) MD & focussed.. not the warm folksy kind. You can reach people at the practice in the AM only & his staff is excellent. It takes awhile to learn these details, but it’s worth it. His practice performs overnight sleep studies at his location which is centrally located for Silicon Valley.

Friendly front office staff willing to go the extra mile to help patients. Excellent communication. Dr Shetty is a personable, patient, professional and knowledgeable physician. Willing to listen and explain all aspects of care. Excellent physician overall.

I went for my sleep issues. The Doctor was asking many questions in order to go to the root as to why I am not able to fall asleep.
The best thing was that he didn’t prescribe any addictive sleeping pills but told me to figure out what was not working for me myself and gave me a slip schedule list for home assignment .
The only thing that I didn’t like is that he was in rush while examining me.
Overall happy and recommend everyone.
